You can place your order on this website first and then send the documentation or the other way around. Your order WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL WE HAVE BOTH and we have verified your information.

Requirements: 

You will ALWAYS need to provide these 2 things:

1. Government issued Photo ID (Driver License, Military ID, etc)

2. The signed release form (Menu item on the left of our homepage or www.keysbymail.com/form.pdf )

For Sentry Safes you will also need:

 A picture of the safe, one showing the whole front of the safe and another one showing a close up of the key lock (if your safe uses a key),

For car keys you will also need to provide:

A copy of the Registration or Title.

*(We reserve the right to ask for additional documentation or further proof of ownership. In some cases we need more information in order to make the keys in the first place.)
